Once order confirmed, then please release full payment for shipment under usd1000.00 and 30% deposit above usd1000.00. We'll start out immediately once receive the payment or bank slip, and balance payment need to be paid before shipment. Delivery insurance or not depends on clients.
B. How inspection process?
Once paintings finished or samples done, we'll take photos for clients audit, and clients also can inspect at our factory directly. Once clients approved and payment received, we'll arrange delivery as per negotiated immediately.
C. How about the delivery insurance?

D. How long is the lead time for the deliver?
According to paintings' complexity, size, quantity and time of oil paint's get drying , usually need 3-7 days for 1pc. And if in bulk, then need at least 1 week to assrue paintings quality and dry enough. The actual lead time depend on the actual order status, so pls just contact us easiy, we'll get back to you soon.
E. How to cancel order after pay deposit?
Please inform our sales immediately once you decide to cancel the order, if not yet start, then we'll cancel the order immediately and return the deposit(bank charge at clients' cost). But if paintings have been done especially for portrait or those special subjects and size, then we just can say sorry.
F. How long time for delivery?
By DHL/FEDEX/UPS, usually need 2-4 working days; By EMS, need 3-7 working days. By air and by sea, the delivery time is depend on the shipping liner and destination.
G. How do you handle with the damaged paintings during delivery?
When get the paintings from logistic/express company, please check if there's any damage with the package first and then check the paingtings. If packages or paintings damaged, please take photos just at the front of the senders and email us the photos, then we'll handle the things and confirm you if redo for you.
